NOSSCR receives more than six million website visits each year, but the legacy site was not built to support that level of traffic or complexity.
The website was extremely content heavy, with critical resources buried across long pages and inconsistent navigation. Attorneys, advocates, the public, and staff all used the site differently, yet the experience treated them the same. Finding the right information took time and engagement suffered.
The site also relied on custom plugins and legacy functionality that needed to be updated and stabilized to support member only features and long term scalability.

More than 200 blog posts were migrated, reorganized, and aligned with the new structure to improve discoverability, usability, and search performance.
Integrated events and CLE access
An enhanced events calendar with subscription and calendar-sync features made it easier for members to engage with CLE opportunities.
