A real estate team in charge of selling new construction townhomes in an up and coming Seattle neighborhood.
THE CHALLENGE
- Townhome complex was being sold in a tough market.
- There were no existing marketing or branding directions.
- Congruently to delivering property exposure, we also needed to increase our clients brand recognition in that and the surrounding communities.
- Projects deliverables such as the website, branding guidelines, and marketing collateral were under a tight one-week deadline.
- We needed to implement an online lead capture and follow up process.
STARTING POSITION
- No marketing other than word of mouth, brokerage site listing pages, and Zillow exposure.
- Client provided us with a logo but no branding direction.
- Created branding guidelines for cohesive print and online marketing.
- Designed a responsive website optimized for search engines.
- Tailored SEO strategy for high traffic keywords that aligned with the business objective (“Townhouses for sale” “Townhomes for sale”).
- Executed Facebook advertising campaigns aimed at attracting open house foot traffic.
- Created, developed, and executed a full marketing strategy focused on generating maximum exposure to a qualified target audience.
- Designed marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, postcards, banners, a boards,billboards, flags, and link light rail train wrap.
Just one year after the launch of the project, 98% of the townhomes were either sold or rented. Our clients received repeat business from this townhome development as a result of the prominent marketing they displayed.
