A real estate team in charge of selling new construction townhomes in an up and coming Seattle neighborhood.

THE CHALLENGE

Townhome complex was being sold in a tough market.
There were no existing marketing or branding directions.
Congruently to delivering property exposure, we also needed to increase our clients brand recognition in that and the surrounding communities.
Projects deliverables such as the website, branding guidelines, and marketing collateral were under a tight one-week deadline.
We needed to implement an online lead capture and follow up process.

STARTING POSITION

No marketing other than word of mouth, brokerage site listing pages, and Zillow exposure.
Client provided us with a logo but no branding direction.
