How We Work
We review your resume and portfolio
Once you apply, we take a look at your past work to make sure it aligns with the kind of projects we take on. If it’s a fit, we’ll schedule a 30-minute Zoom intro call to talk through your experience, workflow, and do a small real-time test (design or strategy-based, depending on your role).
We get you set up and project-ready
If we decide to move forward, we’ll send over a freelancer agreement, NDA, and a quick onboarding form. We’ll also add you to our contractor roster so we can reach out when the right project comes up. You’ll get access to any templates, guides, or brand assets you'll need to hit the ground running.
Project Verification
Once you're assigned to a project, we pay close attention to communication, timeliness, and final deliverables. After that first project, we do a short internal review and check in with you to make sure the process felt good on both sides. If it’s a match, you’ll be top of the list for future work.

You know your way around WordPress like a pro. Bonus points if you're fluent in Elementor, Avada, or similar visual builders. Clean design, good UX instincts, and mobile first thinking are essential.
Squarespace Website Designers
We’re looking for visual storytellers who can turn brand briefs into beautiful, effective sites. You should understand SEO fundamentals, even if you’re not a specialist, and know how to structure content for conversion.
Graphic Designers
Whether you lean bold and modern or elegant and minimal, we’re open to all design styles—as long as you’re thoughtful, versatile, and deliver crisp, on-brand visuals. We’re especially drawn to designers who can adapt across industries and bring strong visual storytelling to the table.
Google Ad Specialists
Must be Google Ads certified and comfortable managing campaigns across search, display, and performance max. (Seasoned without certs? We'll review your track record.)
Search Engine Strategists
You have hands-on experience using tools like Ahrefs, Moz, or Semrush, and can show tangible improvements in keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions. You speak both search engine and human fluently.
AI Specialists
You build systems using AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, workflows, or marketing processes. Whether it’s training prompts, optimizing outputs, integrating AI with workflows, or building smart assistants, we want to see how you make AI work for real world business problems.
