Meeting Cancellation
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any meeting cancellations. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment Policy

Work Continuation
We are unable to proceed with further hourly work until the invoice is settled. This policy ensures that we can allocate our resources efficiently and continue to provide high-quality service to all our clients.
No Refunds
All payments made for our services are non-refundable. We strive to provide the best possible service and work closely with our clients to ensure satisfaction. However, once services have been rendered or a project has commenced, we do not offer refunds.
Project Scope and Changes
Any changes to the project scope must be communicated in writing. Additional work outside the agreed-upon scope may incur additional fees. We will provide a revised estimate and timeline for approval before proceeding with any additional work.

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the completed project will be transferred to you. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared with us during the course of the project will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing your project.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the services with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be invoiced for all completed work and any non-recoverable costs incurred up to the termination date.
